Charvez Ray Robinson, 22, of Lignum, Va., was sentenced last week to a seven-year jail term, convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Judge Thomas D. Horn suspended all but seven months of the sentence. On a charge of possession of marijuana, Robinson was sentenced to 30 days, and will serve four months of a 12-month sentence imposed on his conviction on DUI charges. He was also fined $250 on the DUI charge.

David W Franchi-Alfaro, 26, of Woodford, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $2,500, $1,000 of that suspended. District Court Judge Thomas G. Underwood also suspended Franchi-Alfaro’s driver’s license for six months.
Underwood imposed a 30-day jail term and a $1,000 fine on Roy Wayne Oldaker, 36, after the Boston resident was found guilty of dumping trash on private property. Underwood suspended the jail sentence and all but $250 of the fine.
