The organizers of the April 28 Womanless Beauty Pageant at Flint Hill’s fire hall, a benefit for Carolyn’s Live, Love, Laugh Relay for Life team, say it was a successful event, both in terms of raising funds for cancer research – and in terms of fashion.

See for yourself by checking out (down front, from left) Nathan Demar and Jay Meehan and (middle row, from left) Bruce Williams, Mike Williams, Eric Phillips, Tony Pyle, Charles Burke (first runner-up) and Nathan Planck (second runner-up and talent winner) and, in the back, Darrell Martin (the winner) and Tim Wion.

If you missed the event, you can still help by calling Karen Williams at 540-635-4673 to buy a raffle ticket the team is selling for a set of cornhole game boards. The Relay for Life walkathon is May 19-20 at the high school.
