RRCS adding 25 new positions

During the next six months, RRCS is expanding one of its critical programs and constructing two new four-bedroom homes to provide homes for eight adults with intellectual disabilities in Culpeper and Warrenton. RRCS currently operates a total of 10 group homes for adults spread out in Fauquier, Culpeper and Orange County serving the needs of 44 individuals that enable individuals to live in a community close to family, friends, employment, recreation and other needed supports.

Increased housing means increased help is needed, and RRCS is seeking 25 new full-time positions in nursing, direct care, rehabilitation and supervisory. Extensive training will be provided and some individuals will be provided opportunities for on-the-job training in current programs. Individuals interested in working with adults and supporting them in their needs for fully integrated community living should visit the RRCS Programs website (rrcsb.org).
