Letter: From the Waylands, thanks to all

The family of Jimmy Wayland would like to thank our family and friends for the kindness shown to us at the time of his illness and passing.

To Pastor Randy Orndorff and Pastor Sara Porter-Keeling, we are most grateful for the beautiful memorial service you conducted in Jimmy’s memory – and to all those, of course, who attended the service.

We are so appreciative to the Hospice of the Rapidan for the wonderful care you gave, not only to Jimmy, but also to us.

Many thanks to the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department, Michelle Jenkins and those who helped her.

To those who made contributions to the Hospice and the SVFD, we are grateful.

We will always remember your prayers, cards, flowers,  food, home visits, phone calls and those who gave their valuable time sitting with Jimmy during his most precious time of earthly life.

May you always know that we love you and couldn’t have gotten through all of our sorrow without your kind and generous help.

On behalf of our family – Greg, Teresa, Zack and Seth, Tony, Deanna, Camron, Carrington, Derrick and Danielle,

Our love,

Margaret Ann Wayland
Sperryville
