The Washington Town Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday (July 15) at the town hall. The Rappahannock-Rapidan Medical Reserve Corps holds orientation sessions from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at the Fauquier Health Department (330 Hospital Drive, Warrenton) and July 23 at the Culpeper Health Department (640 Laurel Lane, Culpeper). The sessions are to provide free training in emergency response and other specialized topics, as well as exercises to ensure that volunteers are prepared to respond in a safe manner.
