‘The generosity of Rappahannock County’

We would like to thank the dozens of volunteers who helped put together and hand out the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for our patrons of The Rappahannock Food Pantry. We could not do this great service to our community without your help! It was thrilling to watch how everyone pitched in and worked together. The food and financial contributions are critical to our success. We served over 200 families for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. There was not only the food but presents for the children as well.

Thank you to all who participated in the Christmas in Little Washington and the parade as a fundraiser for the Pantry. Unfortunately, it had to be cancelled due to weather. The leadership and enthusiasm of Chris Doxzen and Berni Olson would have made this the Event of the Season! Your efforts are greatly appreciated and next year will be better than ever.

Thank you to Ben Jones and his band with Robby and Lisa Meadows, Kevin Hinkle, Pat Burr and special guest Bill Harris, who put on a great show and fund-/food-raiser at the Theatre.

The generosity of Rappahannock County and its citizens is overwhelming! It is a privilege to work and interact with each and every one of you. Thank you, Rappahannock County!
