As we previewed last week, Big Washington chef Frederik de Pue ventured out to our Washington to serve a sold-out seating at the White Moose Inn’s fourth “Secret Supper Club” dinner last Friday (May 9). Before whipping up dinner for 12, de Pue swung by that other Inn’s kitchen and said hello to the kitchen staff. Then, back at the Moose, he served an asparagus-themed menu to guests at the sleek new B&B on Main Street.
