The ‘Game’ is afoot

By E. Raymond BocE. Raymond Boc

RAAC Community Theatre’s production this weekend of “The Gin Game” stars Joyce Abell and Andy Platt in powerful dramatic roles in the Pulitzer-Prize winning play. The set, designed by Susan Hornbostel, employs everyday materials in surprising ways; you’ll never guess what the shingles on the wall are made of. Shows are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday (Sept. 25-26) at 310 Gay St. in Washington. For tickets ($15), visit raac.org/raacwp/community-theatre. Note: The play contains strong language.
