UUBRidge service

UUBRidge (Unitarian Universalists of the Blue Ridge) service at Hearthstone School, 11576 Lee Hwy, Sperryville, at 10:30 a.m. “The Passover Seder-Why Does the Dalai Lama Value a Ritual That Condones Violence to Achieve Freedom.” The ritual meal known as the Passover Seder is a pillar of Jewish practice. UUBRidge member Ira Chaleff will help us understand why the Dalai Lama began attending Seders and will read his own version of the Exodus story that takes God to task for the plagues he brought upon the Egyptians.
