Appreciation for Washington Volunteer Fire Department
We are thrilled with the wonderful job the Washington Volunteer Fire Department did burning our old house at 109 Fodderstack Road on July 12. The crew and the additional crews conducted the burn as a training exercise in such a safe manner. We so appreciate all of the precautions that were taken so that the entire process would be done with no danger to the men or our property. The crews were even able to protect the large adjacent trees by frequent spraying with foam.
The Washington Volunteer Fire Department was courteous and considerate every step of the way. We are so grateful for the dedicated men and women volunteering countless hours for the safety of our community. We look forward to building our new home at the same location.
