'A special thanks to our sponsors'
The Panther Classic was a huge success despite the gloomy forecast. The largest golf tournament turnout of 76 players showed up to play Saturday at Bowling Green North.Jason Baldwin, Daniel Settle, Steve Henry, and Kenytta Price were the winning team. Kenyetta also won the chance to shoot for a million dollars. He was the first tournament player to ever hit the green. Second place went to Shay Bell, Ben Allen, Brian Sprinkle, and Drew Gillespi. Gillespi was the winner of our closest to the hole on a par three. The longest drive for ladies went to Chae Kim.
Over 40 door prizes were given out and Stacey Griffin won the dinner for two at The Inn at Little Washington. The Rappahannock County School Sports Association (RCSSA) would like to thank everyone who played and helped at the tournament. Thank you to Burgers-N- Things for providing lunch and a special thanks to our sponsors:
