Skyline CAP Head Start is a preschool program for three to five-year-old children. Applications for the 2011-2012 school year are now being accepted. Children must be at least three years old by Sept. 30. Children with special needs are encouraged to apply. Skyline CAP Head Start is a free program for income-eligible families. The only cost to the parents is a small amount of time each month. Skyline CAP Head Start works closely with the public school system to help insure adequate preparation for a smooth transition into kindergarten.
