RAWL Dogs: Gomer

My siblings and I arrived at RAWL starving, bald and craving attention. Typical of beagles got a little basset thrown in (catch the ears!), we came back from that quickly. Hardy little dogs we are. I am now a real prankster, very playful – drive the big dog babysitters

nuts! – and outgoing. I’m cool about crates as long as I have my toy. For me kids are great playmates, and cats I tolerate. Food – now there’s my first love, after you of course. Ask for “Mr. Can’t Resist” when you come by.

This past week four of my canine colleagues were joined with new owners. The Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL), 160 Weaver Road, Amissville, is open 8 to 1 daily. Call 540-937-3283 or visit www.rawldogs.org.
