Students from Wakefield Country Day School participated in the North American Envirothon on April 23, where participants from across the region competed in environmental education programs organized by the National Conservation Foundation. Nationwide, more than 4,000 private and public schools competed. The WCDS team, which placed third in the Wildlife Presentation competition, was (from left) Carolina Leonard, Kim Pankow, Vitasta Vyas, Brier Clough, Lucas DuMez and Angel Chiu.
