Handing out school supplies at last week’s Rappahannock County Public Schools’ back-to-school night for parents are (from left) schools resource officer Deputy Robbie Fincham, Capt. The supplies were provided by the sheriff office’s Children’s Foundation, which also sponsors the annual Shop With a Deputy holiday gift-buying program for kids.
