Letter: Thanks to all our Linked businesses

Our recent quarterly Biz Link event, planned under the umbrella of Businesses of Rappahannock, was great fun and a tremendous success! Hosted by Magnolia Vineyards (Tina and Glenn Marchione), the hoards of business professionals in attendance enjoyed Magnolia wines and were fed delicious treats by co-underwriter Rudy’s Pizza (Andy Thompson) and our sponsor Triple Oak Bakery (Brooke Parkhurst). Other supportive sponsors were R. H. Ballard in Little Washington (Robert and Joanie Ballard), Cheri Woodard Realty (Cheri and Martin Woodard), LegalShield (Nita Clewis), Walker Jones, PC (Mike Brown). Wise Transitions (Martha Hughes) was the winner of our drawing for a free sponsorship of our February event.

Organized by committee members Bill Pragluski of Critical Stages (who also designs our flyers for us),  Golden Retreat for K-9s’ Donna McConn, Hair Gallery’s Kim Nelson, Heinle Tech Support’s Mark Heinle and Virginia Chutney’s Clare Turner, these events — now in their fifth year — have proven over and over to be a benefit to the members of our business community.

If you have not joined Businesses of Rappahannock, please do so, and please plan to attend our February event at Virginia Chutney, date to be announced. In the meantime, have a happy Thanksgiving and a joyful holiday season!
