Ms. Virginia Senior America orientation

On Feb. 11 in Staunton and Feb. 25 in Falls Church, the Ms. Virginia Senior America Pageant holds free orientations on how to become a contestant and prepare for the event.

Past winners will provide guidance on how best to showcase your talent and tell your story and will share how participation can create new life adventures with others like yourself. You will learn how after-pageant activities give contestants a path to joining with newfound friends and creating interesting and invigorated lives. Meet the reigning Ms. Senior America (Virginia’s own 2014 Ms. Virginia Senior America) and see her perform and speak of the pageant experience. Register for the orientation by Feb. 6 by contcting pageant state director Annmarie Pittman at or 703-549-7012.

Contestants must be U.S. citizens, a Virginia resident for at least six months, and 60 years old or better. The 2015 pageant in Staunton is May 21.
