Heroin summit Dec. 3 in Culpeper

A summit on heroin use — “Addressing the Heroin Epidemic as a Community,” is scheduled for Dec. 3 at Germanna Community College in Culpeper. The summit is 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m. and will a address the current heroin epidemic in the area, strategies and prevention efforts. The program is sponsored by the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force, Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services and Germanna Community College.
