Self-guided tour of 14 working farms returns September 29-30
The Rappahannock County Annual Farm Tour is a free, two-day, self-guided tour offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our working farms. This year’s Farm Tour will be held Sept. 29-30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. It’s a great opportunity to go behind the scenes and see real, working farms surrounded by the county’s pristine beauty.
This year’s tour features 14 venues, with a wide range of farms and experiences – from beekeeping to llamas to organic vegetable farms, not to mention goats, chickens, cows, horse-drawn carriage rides, as well as local artisans selling their wares:
Bean Hollow Grassfed
Belle Meade School & Farm
Garden of Eatin’ at The Inn at Little Washington
Happy Henz Farm & Rock Mills Farm
The Farm at Sunnyside
Hinson Ford Cider & Mead
High Meadow Farm
