Wellness studio expansion in Warrenton

Innovative Physical Therapy & Wellness Studio, Warrenton’s premier individualized patient care practice announces the completion of a 4,000 square foot renovated space to offer an expanded series of small group classes and private sessions. In addition, this has created more private treatments rooms in the physical therapy practice.

Julie Maybach Royal, PT, MSPT, CWS, practice owner and lead therapist takes her holistic approach to healing, strength and fitness to a new level: “The expansion to a second space for the studio allows us to dedicate more rooms to individualized PT patient care and to center additional efforts around strength and wellness programs.”

A variety of classes will be taught for all fitness levels: The student of Yoga; the PT patient seeking continued strengthening and aftercare; individuals navigating a physical limitation or health challenge; continued strengthening and balance exercises through the golden years.

The mission at Innovative Physical Therapy is to “treat the whole individual by aiding patients in achieving their highest level of personal and physical wellbeing.”

Group classes: Strength training; various styles of yoga, chair yoga, stretching, core stability, balance and TRX all in small group training settings

Custom Massage: Full body, sports, pre-natal, Swedish, deep tissue and therapeutic touch.

In addition, a conference room is available to rent for presentations, meetings and workshops.
